Majority Will: Although loss of sensation of the nipple/areola/breasts is possible (one of risks of the procedure) after any type of breast surgery, the majority of patients will retain sensation after breast augmentation surgery. Best wishes.

It may: Generally speaking, it is uncommon for patients to experience long term loss of nipple sensitivity but it does occasionally occur and can range from 4-8%.
