With both nipples involved, cancer is not an issue. If you weren't experiencing nipple discomfort, inverted nipples would not be an important problem for you. Before contemplating any procedures like new breast implants, I recommend consulting a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice regarding your nipple discomfort.
