Small breast~nipple: Generally speaking, women with small breasts do have small nipple areola complexes. Women with small breasts more commonly seek breast implants than women with large breasts. Therefore women with small nipples generally seek implants quite commonly. Exceptions do exist for women with tuberous breasts or disproportionately large nipples and areola but not as commonly.

Sort of: Most women who seek breast implants do so to increase the size of the breasts, regardless of the nipple size. As previously stated nipple size does not preclude implant placement because there are several options for incision placement besides the nipple. With that said, most women experience nipple/areola enlargement after implant placement.
