Two ideas: First, if you have any reason to think you may be hyperthyroid (are your legs swollen from pretibial myxedema?), have your physician check it. Second, i would hope you would warm to the touch of the man that you love and who loves you. I'll bet on the latter -- but consider the former. Best wishes.
