My 2 month old has a slightly cool clammy forehead and the house is warm. i know he isn't dehydrated. what could cause this?

Cardiac: Cool clammy skin in children can be caused by poor circulation and cardiac defects. Cyanosis (bluish-gray discoloration of the lips, tongue, nail beds) is usually also present.
