Hey i've been having terrible headaches from the heat waves but im positive that im not dehydrated, i've got demyelinization so i was thinking is there a possibility that my body just has hard time dealing with hot temperatures ?

What do you mean by "demyelination"? If you were to have Multiple Sclerosis, the risk of migraine is 3-5 times the general population. See a neurologist and get your issues handled.
