See your OBGYN: Exacerbation of acne can occur after discontinuation of birthcontrol pills and can be addressed with conventional acne treatment. I would consult your gynecologist regarding the irregularity of your menstrual periods.

Spironolactone: Why stop it if it works so well? You may have pcos. You can take spironolactone instead but it is not a contraceptive and it is not likely to regulate menstrual cycles. Small doses of Prednisone are also used. Metformin is sometimes used. You need to see a gyn endocrinologist. Do not take these meds if you are pregnant or hoping to be.
