I want to quit diane 35, b/c i want to ttc but when i leave it , my periods get irregular and i get acne. what should i do?

Spironolactone: Why stop it if it works so well? You may have pcos. You can take spironolactone instead but it is not a contraceptive and it is not likely to regulate menstrual cycles.
