Yes: Diffuse myalgia(muscle ache) and arthralgia (joint pain) are frequent symptoms in patients with adrenal insufficiency. Occasional patients have predominantly musculoskeletal symptoms and a few have flexion contractures of legs. Blood chemistries are usually normal. Myalgia and arthralgia disappear rapidly with glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement.
