What causes joint/bone pain in legs that has spread to other limbs?

ARTHRITIS: They are many possible causes, the pricipal one is some form of arthritis, some form of bone disease(metabolic)or intrinsic bone pathology.Obviosly need to be investigated to determine the exact cause.
