Sure that's normal: It jsut means you have a 27 or 28 day cycle. Since there are 30 or 31 days in each month, the only way it would come on the same date each month is if your cycle is 30 or 31 days. If it is the more usual 28 day cycle, it will be a few days earlier each month date-wise but if you count out days in between, sounds like a very consistent and normal 28 day cycle.
