Chest pain: The pain you describe is unusual for a heart symptom but not out of the question. There are a number of possible causes and you should continue to seek them with your doctor. A normal cardiac stress test would reinforce that it isn't cardiac. Other system testing may be needed.

Start over: You are 47 had gallbladder removed, had upper endoscopy showing normal. See your doctor, find out what makes pain start, what makes it better, how long it lasts. You may need to start over or repeat tests to find answer. A good history and thorough physical exam.
