Call OB doc ASAP: As pregnancy progresses and nearing the end of pregnancy, there is less room for a baby to move, but if the decrease in activities is sudden, this is concerning. So, i would call your OB doc asap for instruction or go to er if you cannot get in touch with the doc... Best of luck.
