Omeprazole: Teph 20 is a brand of omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor used to lower gastric acidity. There are other ways of achieving this if you cannot tolerate ppis. You need to discuss this with your doctor. If you are concerned only about the brand name, there are alternative generic brands of Omeprazole available.
