Constipation: Eat more vegetables or high fiber diet. Well hydrationyou could also add fiber supplement to the high fiber diet, goal of 25-30 grams per day. However, remember to titrate your fiber intake slowly to avoid excessive bloating/discomfort (side effects of too much fiber at once). Suggest to increase your fiber intake by 5 grams/day for one week till you achieve your goal. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) as needed is ok.
