Constipation&Diarrhe: You can not have constipation and diarrhea at the same time.There is different treatment for diaarhea and different for constipation.Nausea can come from many causes the commonest being viral Gastroenteritis or related to any meds you may have taken.Drionk plenty fluids and consult your doctor if the symptoms persist
