Sinus rinse: Hello, when you are making your sinus saline solution, use distiller or boiled water. This will assure that their isn't any bacteria or microbes within the solution you are using to rinse your nose. Or you could purchase a can of saline spray in a premixed pressurized can. This also would be free of contaminants.
