Silicone sheeting?: I'm a bit nervous to use topical steroids for too long in any part of the body, and the face is much scarier to me. Have you considered trying silicone sheeting like scaraway or similar and having the patient cut to size and use them all day except while bathing for 6-8 weeks? Less risky in my mind, and can have some nice results. And way cheaper, as well.
