Help, i put toothpaste on a pimple and burned my face. the scar has fallen off but it has left a dark scar. can scar gel help? also, how long would it take for the scar to fade as i am very worried. thank you

Acne: It is very hard not to touch/squeeze/abuse pimples. Toothpaste probably didn't make things worse. A pimple is a pocket of inflammation; after it heals it can be darker or sometimes lighter than the surrounding skin. This can take a long time to fade. You should not worry, although you may be self conscious. It will get better.
