I will recommend : Therapy for your anxiety disorder and physical therapy accompany by exercise, massage therapy, relaxation techniques, and sometimes even acupuncture. Also a good history and physical to r/o fibromyalgia. Drugs like muscle relaxants, nsaids, and sometimes antidepressants will help with pain.
