Knee replacement : Shouldn't make you itch by itself. Usually people have problems with medicines they are given for pain post-operatively. I don't see anything listed for you. I'd give a call to my orthopaedic surgeon.

Healing?: When the skin is healing, it is common to have symptoms of itching but they are usually local. Visit your doctor for an evaluation to rule out any reaction to medication or local surgical incision/scar skin problems.
