Depends...: Depends on how the knee replacement patient is doing and how autonomous he/ she is @ this point post- op. Many older patients will require help w/ bathing , stairclimbing, and will not be able to drive yet. Home health nursing and physical therapy can be provided prior to d/c from hospital.
