My daughter had her mmrv @ 12 mos, can we have her 2nd dose when shes bigger? like 3-4 yo? she had really high fever on the first dose.

Yes: She certainly can have a booster shot at between 4 and 5, in two separate shots, MMR and varicella, instead of combination form (mmrv).
