Breathing fresh air: Depending on the circumstances there may be other obvious ideas too. But some nice full cycles of deep inhales, holding the breath 5 secs and full exhales through lips (blowing) in nice fresh air can do amazing things for energy ; focus. Healthy long haul truckers swear by it. Drinking some cool water helps too. Best!
