Chest pain: If your cardiac catheterization and stress test were both normal, you should be at low risk for heart attack. There are many causes of chest pain not all from the heart. Some folks have normal heart vessels but stiff heart muscle causing exercise chest symptoms. You might consider a second opinion if you desire more input on your problem.

In your hands: Sometimes, chest pain is not just in the heart or the head. Touching the chest wall, particularly with a finger or two, can sensitize soft tissue, then ends up hurting even when not touched. Anyway, some data in your profile triggers more questions: why incontinence? Also, do you snore? What is your weight? It would not hurt to obtain a 2nd opinion, and work on modifiable risk factors.Best wishes.
