Yes: Exercise is great for varicose veins. Buy a pair of good compression athletic socks (they sell them in all sorts of colors now) while you exercise. Wear compression socks as much as you can actually - you want 20-30mmhg socks. Elevate your legs when resting and see a vein specialist or phlebologist. Phlebology.Org.
