Parathyroid hormone is elevated. calcium.mag are good.what can i do or take to lower the hormone level?

See your doctor : Have your doctor check a 25 oh-vitamin d level. Low vit d can be cause of high pth.

What’s you 25 OH ?: What is your 25 OH vitamin D level? If it is low, you could be placed on supplementation and that could correct an elevated PTH. If not, you may have early hyperparathyroidism.

Monitor: Calcium if it gets elevated with elevated PTH may look hyper functioning parathyroid adenoma
