Many causes for: Tachycardia and in your age group, stroke would not be high on the list. Best to get an accurate diagnosis with an in-person checkup.

No, but: A rapid heart rhythm has little relationship to cerebrovascular disease, but if your heart rhythm becomes irregular and fast, such as atrial fibrillation, this could cause a secondary stroke. You may have paroxysmal atrial tachycardia, but you could have thyroid issues. Get it checked out.
