If the nodule is in the middle of the adrenal gland, it could be a rare, usually benign, tumor called a pheochromocytoma. These secrete an adrenalin type hormone causing episodes of hypertension & tachycardia. I recommend consulting an endocrinologist for evaluation & appropriate testing.

Most adrenal nodules are not causing any symptoms and that's why we call these nodules adrenal incidentalomas. If the nodule causes symptoms, it is called functional nodule, not adrenal fatigue. Your symptoms could be caused by increased adrenal hormone(s) so you should see your doctor. Physical exam and screening blood and urine tests should be done for ruling out a functional adrenal nodule.
