I have sinus tachycardia. i am on pristiqdont want to switch. my pulse sometimes is 104/at night 90s. i am 69; otherwise healthy. should i be worried about a stroke or heart attack from hi pulse?

Pristiq does not have a listed side effect of tachycardia. Many things can influence your risk of heart attack or stroke, including smoking, diet, exercise, alcohol intake, family history, personal history of diabetes or high blood pressure.
