Fat loss: as we age we lose fat in our breasts. So it could be benign. But you must have a mammogram to rule out cancer, so keep your appointment.

Late: And there are many other causes. If no mass is palpable under the dimples, there is probably another cause -- or it's just you. I am very glad you're getting seen and are keeping up surveillance against this serious illness. I wish everyone were as proactive as you.
