Miscarriage symptoms: If the bleeding is scant and you aren't having any other symptoms, then all may be okay. Patients who are miscarrying, may lose pregnancy symptoms, have vaginal spotting or bleeding, or have cramping. The bleeding may get heavier and finally you can pass a lot of tissue. You need to monitor the symptoms as well.
