Very possible: You should take a pregnancy test. Noncompliance with the pill will greatly reduce the effectiveness.

Possibly: So check a pregnancy test. More likely is that with missing 2 birth control pills you are having break through bleeding or possibly an infection. If the spotting doesn't clear up soon get checked.
