Lose weight: Diet is not the only way to lose weight. Diet is one aspect, but exercise is crucual. Get an app called myfitnesspal for your phone and monitor your intake and output of calories. Cut out all sodas and sugar filled drinks and snacks. Only water as drinks, sleep 8 hours a night dont snack in the middle of the night and dont eat 2 hours before bedtime watch your portions. Reevaluate your habits.
