Keep working: The key is to hit the gym hard. A respectable gym guy can bench his weight; most non-fitness guys of course can't. Eat sensibly, get used to being good-sore ; good-hungry, work your pecs 3x/week ten sets of three reps maximum, consider creatine but shun illegal steroids. You'll get what you want. Glad you're doing this.
