Cannot diagnose: Without knowing your entire medical profile, examining you and obtaining the results of your laparoscopy it is impossible to know what this is. Why have you not communicated effectively with the doctor seeing you? This sounds serious and in need of extensive conversation. Go back and insist on information. Good luck.
