Infectious process: Those symptoms are suggestive of a gastrointestinal infection like colitis. This is where a an area of the colon will become very inflamed. The spleen is also located in that area as well as lower part of left lung. Those symptoms should not be ignored and a thorough exam and diagnostic evaluation should be done today.
