Check data: Hdl ldl total and normals for the performing lab. 6.5 is an unusual number to me. Keep up the good pattern of personal work.

Meds: You also have fatty liver. This is probably hereditary; a gene for this was recently identified which was big news. Keep up the fitness-focused lifestyle and talk with your physician about starting up on meds.
