Yes: Boxing is a good way to get cardio ; muscle exercise. Repeated head trauma, however, is not a smart risk to take as demonstrated by mohammed ali and sugar ray leonard. Working out on a heavy bag and a speed bag is a great way to get what you want without being punched back.
