Possible CT Syndrome: Your symptoms suggest pinched nerve at wrist which is called carpal tunnel syndrome. See a neurologist. You need ncv/emg.

Talk to MD: Somehow your nerves supplying the arms are being compromised. I would talk to a neurologist or neurosurgeon to evaluate your diagnosis and options.
