Need an exam: Unfortunately, the internet isn't very helpful for something like this. You will need an exam by a physician or dentist to see what's going on. It's probably an injury of some sort but it really needs to be looked at to be sure.

Bump: Burn? Trauma? Cyst? Growth? Oh so many other possible causes. Please see a Dentist as soon as possible for an examination and an appropriate treatment plan.
