Possibly related: One of the causes of bumps on the tongue and sore throat would be oral thrush or a yeast/fungal infection. This is more likely after antibiotic use when the bacterial flora in the mouth/body is altered. It might also represent an unusual form of drug allergy, or just be normal. I would probably ask my doctor to have a look at them. Good luck!
