Can be: There can be a lot of aches and pains after surgery, because our bodies often compensate for pain by using muscles we don't normally use, etc. Also position in bed following surgery. If it continues, see your family doctor or consider massage or chiropractor to evaluate. Likely it's normal, but if worsens definitely seek medical care.
