Depends : You are very young (on average for women who have their uterus removed). Probably your ovaries were not removed. If I am correct then you should not experience significant changes in your hormones because little was done to affect them. However, some women do experience hot flashes from short term changes in the levels of estrogen. This is unlikely to last more than a few weeks.
