Had a robotic total hysterectomy last friday and i've been progressively getting worse with pain on right side and right back. is this normal?

No not normal: Please call your surgeon, u need evaluation asap, as hopefully nothing is wrong with the kidney or ureter on that side but that is one of the areas that should be evaulated.

Probably not: You should see your doctor. The complication rate is low with robotic hysterectomy but it is not zero.
