Would taking biotin supplements help with hair loss?

Vitamin H: It's a water soluble b. Vitamin. Have you check your thyroid. Low thyroid increase hair loss. To much blow drying and heat flattening will weaken your hair and shampoo every day. Biotin found in eggs and avocado, omega 3 fats found in walnuts and flax seeds. Supplements are not the best. Nutrients are better. As i now biotin dose is 10mg a day. Good luck.

No: Save your money. If it concerns you see a dermatologist. Meanwhile you can begin otc minoxadil (generic rogain) which actually helps a little bit. Biotin is useless.
