You need to see Doc: Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing we can do or say here to help you. You need to see a physician. It will be much cheaper for you to see a family doctor in a regular clinic than to see someone in the er or urgent care center. But, you need medical attention.

Getting help: For this, you do need in person help from a physician. There are low cost health clinics in many communities. Search for your locale here: http://www.Needymeds.Org/free_clinics.Taf also some family physicians will offer sliding scale fees if you ask. Depending on how acutely painful this is (the cramping, etc) you may need to go to an er this weekend anyway. Good luck to you.
