Green stool: Green stool may also be caused by iron in certain multivitamins,bile secreted by the gall bladder and some coloring agents in food. To improve constipation, drink adequate amounts of fluid, eat good amounts of fiber and/or take a supplement like Metamucil. If needed you can take senokotS which is a gentle bowel stimulant combined with a stool softener.
