No: Highly, highly, highly doubtful. You would have had some symptom of this infection: pain, discharge, odor, redness, even oral or pulmonary symptoms in severe cases. Just to let you know, when we treat cases of chlamydia and they come back 2-3 weeks later with chlamydia again, it is because of re-infection not because of resistance. Your sex partner gave you the chlamydia recently. Sorry.
