Rhinitis: I assume you had your nose / sinuses evaluated before to get that diagnosis of turbinate hypertrophy. That also means you might have chronic rhinosinusitis. Most of the time in developed countries like in the us, it's due to environmental allergies. When you have chronic inflammation due to allergies, dust from moving can irritate your nasal mucosa and cause it to bleed. Come back to see your doc.
