What might cause upper right abdominal pain and a mass. feels like i'm stretching and also something is in the way keeping me from bending?

Abdominal pain: Right upper quadrant pain could be due to gall stone, liver disease, pancreas, kidney & stomach problem. You feel like a mass and need ultra sound or ctscan of abdomen. Please see your doctor for good history & thorough physical examination and diagnostic work up.
